Bay Vet Group is a proudly independently owned first opinion and referral small animal Practice. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Care Advisor to join our team, this position will be primarily based in in our Dawlish and Teignmouth branches but may require the successful candidate to work at any of our branches across Teignbridge and Torbay.

The successful candidate must show a high willingness to learn, be motivated, confident, providing a consistent high level of service and customer care whilst upholding and working to the Values and Mission of Bay Vet Group.

Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to; answering the telephone and greeting clients, scheduling appointments efficiently, providing advice on a wide range of veterinary subjects and products, stock ordering, registering clients and organising computerised records, maintaining and cleaning of reception and consulting areas,

This is a full-time position working 4 days a week plus 1 Saturday in every 4 (With Saturday working based at our Paignton branch)

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a customer service role

· Previous experience in a veterinary practice would be desirable but not essential.

· Good IT skills

· Client/customer focus

· Self-motivated

· Excellent time keeping

· Empathy

· Conscientiousness

DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL
