About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Cook to join the team at Moorland Kitchen, Exeter Airport. You’ll assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Culinary Skills: Experience in preparing and cooking food, following recipes, and maintaining consistency in quality.
Operational Know-How: Experience in stock management and ensuring minimal food waste.
Health and Hygiene: A strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Flexibility: Able to reliably access the airport for early shifts starting at 3 am. Enjoy a £2 per hour uplift for early morning shifts (3 am - 6 am).
Team Spirit: You work well within a team and can also manage tasks independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Cook Food: Ensure meals are prepared following standard recipes and cooking methods.
Maintain Stock Control: Assist in managing stock, ensuring efficient use of ingredients and minimal wastage.
Clean and Organise: Keep kitchen areas tidy and clean, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health, safety, and fire regulations at all times.
