Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for students of varying abilities
Inspire and motivate students to develop their artistic skills and appreciation for art
Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events related to the arts
Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate arts across the curriculum

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in art & design or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Art & Design
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
