We are a specialist service for people with Autism & Learning Disabilities, providing a range of residential and personal support and activities specific to the needs of the Service User's. Whilst promoting independence and wellbeing.

We are committed to providing responsive, person-centred care which promotes dignity and social inclusion.

The role is to lead and manage a supportive staff team, distributing medication, speaking with external professionals and accurate record keeping. Organising offsite activities and appointments.

Experience in a care environment with an NVQ3 in Care is advantageous although, we will consider and support people who are looking to work towards this qualification. Full in-house training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 35hrs per week, 7.5hr shifts between 7.30am and 10pm.

Salary: £12.40 per hour rising to £15.50 at the weekends / overtime rate. 30 days annual leave per annum (including Bank Holidays)
