Ollie's & our boutique bar next door called The Bit on the side... offers classic cocktails, additional seasonal drinks, a wide range of spirits and a high end selection of wines. As Bartender, you’ll need to know your Manhattans from your martinis to provide high class drinks expected by our customers. We are looking for someone who can bring theatre to the bar and of course charm!

We are looking for someone who is confident in serving wines, carrying trays and customer service skills.

A good knowledge of wines is handy however training is available from our fantastic supplier. Support and additional training can be given to develop your knowledge to help you grow and develop.
