Person Specification:

LOCAL APPLICANTS REQUIRED.
Previous Bar experience preferred, but NOT essential.
Preferably available for an IMMEDIATE START.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who are looking for a job which offers afternoon/evening shifts. Great for students and all who are 18+ years of age.

Duties:

All bar related duties duties (i.e. serving, clearing and washing glasses, wiping down surfaces, re-stocking etc).
Ensure at all times that you are courteous and approachable for Guests - high levels of Customer Service are expected at all times from all staff.

Hours:

We are looking for staff to work primarily evening shifts, we can be flexible regarding how many (i.e. subject to negotiation at interview), but would need to include regular weekend work (HIGHER HOURLY RATE OF PAY FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS, THAN MIDWEEK) due to the nature of the business. Candidates who can offer a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week preferred.
Shifts will be 6.00pm-12.00midnight (although we can offer 3.00pm-12.00midnight if more suitable to the candidate).
Full-Time Applicants will be considered also, and full-time work would also include some 8.00am-6.00pm daytime shifts.
