/ hr We are an 18 bedded Residential Care Home providing permanent, respite, day care and domiciliary services; 8 miles from Taunton, Wellington and 11 miles from Honiton. We will consider NVQ L2 candidates, who will progress to a higher rate of pay upon completion of their NVQ L3. The candidate must: Understand basic geriatric health conditions Communicate with other health care professionals Be confident Be organised (to meet daily objectives) Delegate to a small team Have good interpersonal skills Have a hands-on approach We are able to accept
