Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)
Wise Employment are seeking for a Project Manager NPI to join a fantastic Engineering company based here in Plymouth.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Lead and manage
new product introduction (NPI) projects , from planning to execution. Develop
capacity planning
strategies to optimise lead times and reduce bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches. Identify and mitigate
project risks , keeping projects on track. Drive a
culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation . Provide
data-driven reports
to senior leadership. What You Bring: Project Management Expertise
– Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing & Engineering Knowledge
– Experience in
NPI, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and project management tools . Excellent Communication & Collaboration
– Confident in engaging with teams and stakeholders. STEM Degree
– Preferably in
Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering , or equivalent experience. Sponsorship:
