We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse to join one of our welcoming GP surgeries in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients and making a real difference in the local community.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Asthma CDM reviews 
• Cytology
• Baby immunisations 
• Delivering health promotion and preventative care services.
• Administering immunisations and vaccinations.
• Basic wound care and dressings

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified and registered Nurse with relevant experience in primary care.
• Proficient in using SystmOne or similar clinical systems (training available if required).
• Skilled in conducting Asthma CDM reviews (essential).
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
