Were looking for a motivated and technically-minded individual to join our team in Plymouth as a

Moulding Production Technician . In this role, youll be responsible for operating injection moulding machines to manufacture plastic components (Vacutainer Tubes & Caps), working within a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment. Shift Pattern : Continuous night shift

3 days on, 3 days off Hours : 11pm

on top of your base salary! What Youll Do:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (root cause analysis)

Carry out routine and preventative maintenance

Support annual machine maintenance alongside PM Technicians

Follow health & safety and quality standards

Drive improvements through lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, etc.)

Collaborate closely with Operators, Engineers, Quality Techs & Shift Leaders

Maintain records via SAP and ensure compliance through inspections

About You:

Level 3 qualification in Engineering

(essential)

Experience in a technical/manufacturing role

Injection moulding experience (desirable but not essential)

Strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills

Detail-oriented, with a passion for quality and efficiency

Good communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
