GLG Vets is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the heart of Exeter, Devon. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality veterinary care and medical services to a varied caseload
• Lead a team of veterinary professionals, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
• Ensure the efficient running of the practice, contributing to team development and patient care
• Be a point of contact for clients, offering advice and guidance
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols
