About this role and you:
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with deep expertise in managing Meta and Google advertising accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving efficiencies, scaling performance, and acquiring new customers through best-in-class paid media execution.
This role will be hands-on, requiring excellent in-channel experience to optimize campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and implement strategies that maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to refine and execute our paid media strategy, ensuring Nkuku’s digital presence continues to grow.
You’ll also take ownership of our affiliate marketing programme, identifying and managing relationships with partners that align with our brand values and commercial goals.
We're looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve—keeping up with platform changes, emerging technologies, and broader industry trends. You’ll be proactive in identifying growth opportunities outside of traditional paid media channels, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape the future of our digital strategy.

This position would suit an experienced paid media specialist with a proven track record of managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns together with experience managing and growing Affiliates. You should be highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about growth marketing.
