The Role As a
Community Care Worker , you will be at the heart of our visionhelping people live safely and happily in their own homes. Your role will include: Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Providing
person-centred care
that promotes independence and well-being Assisting with
personal care , including washing, dressing, and mobility support Administering medication in line with care plans Preparing
nutritious meals
and assisting with household tasks Offering
companionship and emotional support we care for people, not just their needs Administering medication safely and in line with care plans Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure
the highest standards of care
About You We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will have:
A caring, empathetic nature, reliability and strong values Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Experience in a care role (desirable but not essential
full training provided)
