Architectural Technologist / Technical Architect
Location: Exeter, UK
Salary: up to £45,000 Depending on Experience 

About the Role:
Looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join an established practice in Exeter. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly team with a clear career progression path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on large-scale projects, ensuring technical quality and smooth delivery.

• Use Revit to create detailed technical drawings and work within BIM processes.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants through different project stages.

• Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and industry standards.

• Support and guide junior team members.

• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture.

• Experience working on large-scale projects like commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.

• Strong Revit skills and experience with BIM.

• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction details.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Experience in a job-running role is a plus.
