Are you an experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Carer seeking a new opportunity? We are a small care company, with a 20-bed care home on the edge of Exeter.

We are seeking people who are can offer high quality care and support to our residents, including the following:
- provide companionship to our residents, listening and talking about their interests
- offer a warm welcome to residents’ family and friends and to ensure their views and opinions are listened and responded to
- be fully aware of and consistently implement individual care plans for all our residents
- ensure our residents have a great quality of life to the highest possible standards

In return we can offer you a competitive rate of pay:-
- £12.55 per hour (Team Leader)
- £13.05 (Senior Team Leader)
- Full time hours
- 10% enhancement for night shifts
- Overtime is paid at +£2.50ph
- Bank holiday is paid at time and a half

Care Team Leader Overview:
Our Care Team Leaders provide direction, leadership, and hands-on support to our carers, ensuring that residents receive personalised care that meets their needs. They model the behaviours and values we hold in high regard, making sure our residents receive the best possible care.
As a leader, you will manage a small team of staff, ensuring that they follow the best practices. You will conduct regular one-on-one supervisions and appraisals to help support and develop their career path.
Your role is essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents and their loved ones. You will create initial personalised care plans, administer medication, undertake daily observations of all residents, identify changes in needs, and take appropriate action where necessary. It's important to ensure that all records are up-to-date, and care plans reflect each resident's needs continuously.
