We are looking for a Port Operative to join our team at Immingham.
This unique role combines hands-on operational duties with essential weighbridge administration support .
You will be responsible for controlling the inbound & outbound movement of cargo via the terminal operating system as well as monitoring the stock activities on site and movements across the satellite weighbridges.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for booking all haulage in and out on site for daily collections.
- Responsible for booking all bulk haulage to correct Vessel collection contracts.
- Assist with vessel outturns and discrepancies.
- Management of all weighbridge activities
- Customers/hauliers first point of contact
- Operation of stock management systems to process collections & deliveries, generate reports and audit movements with high accuracy.
- Complete site walkarounds, update & maintain the stock locations for all products on terminal.
- Control & record all access on the terminal.

The shift pattern is a mixture of 8 & 12 hours. Mainly covering Mon-Fri 06:00-18:00 but there could be some weekend and night work included.
