My client is looking for a Clinical Manager to help and support their service and support the current home manager. You will be part of an amazing group with a brilliant reputation... The Home is Elderly nursing and residential care, medium sized, 20 beds are clinical.
Key details
- Must have an active nursing PIN.
- Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team.
- Excellent time management
- Be able to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
- Be supportive and a leader for all clinical staff members.
- On call every other weekend – shared with current Home Manager
- 40 hrs per week – Fully Supernumerary
- Salary: Up to £56k per annum + bonus
