Summary of the role
This role supports Online Postgraduate students, all registered students study remotely from the university campuses. As a key member of the Online Programmes support team you will be proactively working to enhance the student experience within a virtual learning community.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
Support the delivery of online taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including monitoring student engagement, supporting the team Student Support Advisors (Online Programmes), student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration.
Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support postgraduate programmes.

Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in September, January and May when leave may be restricted.
