What you'll be doing as their Print Press Operator
As their Print Press Operator you will work on many areas of production with a level of supervision.
In this role you’ll get to:
Set and operate production equipment
Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks
Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machines
Report equipment faults to Supervisor
Enter relevant data onto Shuttleworth Dataflow, to record product produced, quantities, material used, time taken. This will assist with the generation and measurement of the Operations KPI’s
To identify and pursue opportunities for improvement
To provide support to the Production Manager

You will need to be hard working and enthusiastic with the ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to change.
Full training will be provided but to be successful you'll need the following:
Previous experience in a skilled/semi-skilled production/machine operator role
Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions
A good eye for detail
Basic computer skills
Willing to take responsibility to ensure quality control and company procedures are adhered to
Able to work as part of a team
Able to work on own initiative when necessary
Exhibit safety-first attitude
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of quality
Desire to develop skills and knowledge to support business needs
Hours 37.5 per week working 16:00-02:00 Monday-Wednesday, 15:30-01:00 Thursday.
