Caterfood is looking for a Nights Warehouse Manager to be the owner of the delivery of the Warehouse operation standards at night. You will lead, plan, and manage the effective and efficient process of the Warehouse to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability through your people.

Salary: 35,000 – 38,000 base salary dependent on experience
Location: Paignton
Hours: 11 – 7 (Some flexibility required)
Role Essentials
- Responsible for establishing all processes and procedures required to enable the cost-effective operation of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance is met and plans are in place to address areas of concern
- Ensure all legal requirements relating to Food Safety and Health and Safety are met.
- Promote an engaging culture through our values: Adaptable, Together and Brave.
- Build strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working with HODs to collaboratively improve operational performance in a one-team approach.
- Monitor and implement control to ensure accuracy of pick, load and dispatch times.
Colleague
- Support, coach and develop your colleagues so they feel personally valued and motivated to achieve the highest levels of service.
Operational
- Management of a multi-temperature warehouse.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards for cleaning and compliance to adhere to Food, Health and Safety standards, ensuring
- Maintain standards required for compliance with external accreditations (STS)
- Manager and develop processes to maintain great availability for our customers
Sales, Profit and Cash
- Strong ownership for delivery of the plans to budget
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency processes.
- Identify and manage opportunities to reduce waste, stock or cash losses or returns.
Who we’re looking for

- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Working Knowledge of managing a multi-temperature warehouse.
