Ladram Bay Holiday Park is looking for a friendly and professional Reception Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing reception operations, managing guest check-ins, handling owner support, and promoting holiday sales. Reporting directly to the Assistant Holiday Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train the reception team to ensure high service standards.
- Manage guest check-ins, process upgrades, and address guest enquiries.
- Handle owner queries, coordinate maintenance requests, and assist with payments.
- Manage holiday sales by upselling accommodation, activities, and services.
- Monitor and address guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records, updating guest information, and ensuring smooth reception operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team while maintaining high standards.
- Friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour.
- Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
