Job Role: Music Teacher Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons to students across various age groups and skill levels, in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Performance Preparation: Organise and lead school concerts, recitals, and other musical performances, ensuring students have opportunities to showcase their talents.
- Individual and Group Instruction: Provide both individual and group music instruction, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their development.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for music.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to integrate music into the broader school curriculum and participate in school events and activities.
- Professional Development: Stay current with the latest developments in music education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: A degree in Music Education or a related field.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching music in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Musical Proficiency: Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and a strong understanding of music theory and history.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
