To be a successful IT Helpdesk Assistant you will be required to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
What you will be doing as an IT Helpdesk Assistant…

Problem solving IT issues as you will be the first line for enquiries.

Troubleshooting any software/hardware issues, providing crucial support for the business.

Providing excellent customer service.

Use your organisational skills to manage the varied tasks assigned by the IT Helpdesk Manager.

Use clear communication with end users and members of the Helpdesk team in order to resolve issues in a professional manner
