We are looking for a personable, well organised, enthusiastic person to provide an efficient, professional Administrative and Clerical service. You will form an essential part of a busy team ensuring patient appointments are booked accurately and information is updated regularly, in a timely manner, working alongside both Pain Management and Pain Management Rehab admin teams to provide excellent service for our patients. You will also need to provide effective communication to both patients and staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service which enhances patient care. The role is both office based and patient facing therefore you will need to be flexible and adapt to the different environments. This role is great for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team working towards a shared goal.
