Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: MertonSalary: £145 to £230 per day
GSL Education is currently seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive school in Merton. Key Responsibilities:
- Personalised Teaching: Develop and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and other special educational needs.
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment that encourages all students to reach their potential.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and the SENCO to implement individualised learning plans and effective interventions.
- Progress Tracking: Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximise learning and engagement.
- Building Connections: Build supportive relationships with students to foster their social, emotional, and academic growth.
