What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our busy central team based at Uffculme School working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work closely with colleagues in our schools and the Central team. You will take ownership for key HR administrative processes including recruitment, pre-employment checks, and payroll administration.
You will be someone who can deliver high standards of professional administrative support and be proactive in your approach. While it is not essential to hold a CIPD qualification, candidates must be experienced in working in a busy professional office environment, ideally with previous HR and/or recruitment experience.
