What skills and experience we're looking for
The Behaviour Support Lead will play a key role in supporting students within the Reset Room, working in conjunction with the Positive Behaviour Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and providing support to students, ensuring adherence to the College's behaviour management processes. The role involves helping students regulate their behaviours, engaging them in pre-planned learning activities, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.
