As an HR Manager at Teignmouth Maritime Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources for our dedicated team, currently over 100 strong, based across the UK. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive people management within a rapidly evolving, project-driven environment, including HR strategy, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, building a resilient workforce
- Oversee employee relations, offering support and guidance to management and staff
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, supporting employee progression
- Lead performance reviews, ensuring a positive, efficient workplace culture
- Collaborate with the finance team on payroll management and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in the construction, marine, or engineering sectors is advantageous.
