What you’ll be doing?
Working within our golf shop, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of golf bookings and events - whether this be setting up the driving range, cleaning and maintaining golf buggies, taking and meeting golf guests and taking membership enquiries and payments.
You will be delivering a warm welcome to all golfers, sharing your course and product knowledge and upselling to drive revenue and enhance our guest experience.
What you’ll need?

To be a real people person with exceptional skills and ability to build rapport;

A good eye for detail, with a passion to ensure the Bovey Shop always looks its best;

The ability to manage stock, including monitoring of stocks levels, rotation and ordering;

Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although most important will be your ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
