Where do you fit in?

Youll be part of a small team who provide admin support to our Investment Managers. Youll help to set up and process payments and create and maintain client records. Youll deal with calls and emails from clients and Investment Managers and ensure that they all get dealt with promptly.

With the confidence to speak up and ask questions, youll ensure that everyone is kept up to date and has all the information they need.

Youll be IT and system savvy, and aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise. Working with your team, youll deliver a first-class service, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.

What do you need to be successful?

Financial Services admin experience is a must please. Experience of mentoring others would be a bonus, but not essential
Youll be adaptable, friendly, and helpful, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
With a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above including Maths and English, youll be positive, good with people, and technology & system savvy.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday.

This role will be based from Hawksmoor Investment Management's Office in central Exeter, or in Salisbury.
