This is an interesting and diverse role share position with a variety of responsibilities,
Including welcoming families, selling memorials, dealing with telephone enquiries, carrying out general administration and upkeep of customer records.
The successful applicant must be a team player who has an outgoing personality yet sympathetic nature as will be dealing with bereaved families.
You should be self motivated and able to use own initiative.
You should be computer literate and educated to GCSE 'C' or above in maths and English.
You will work three days a week Monday to Wednesday 9am till 5pm and be flexible to cover sickness, holiday absence and the occasional out of hours for families that are unable to visit during normal times (overtime pay and fuel allowance offered on those occasions) as and when required. A full driving license would be preferred.
