Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in one of partner schools, support SEN learners aged 11-17. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students with special educational needs.
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to students, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
