We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Administrator to manage key administrative and technical tasks within our team. In this role, you will handle a mix of IT administrative functions and day-to-day business communications. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, managing both internal and external emails, and overseeing the companys social media platforms to ensure our digital presence aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Report Preparation: Compile, analyse, and prepare technical and administrative reports for management.
? Spreadsheet Management: Update and maintain spreadsheets with critical business data, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
? Email Management:
? Manage and respond to internal and external email queries in a timely manner.
? Organise and prioritise incoming emails for relevant departments or team members.
? Social Media Management:
? Maintain and manage the company’s social media profiles, ensuring content is current, engaging, and in line with marketing strategies.
? Work with the marketing team to create and schedule posts.
? Data Entry & Documentation: Ensure accurate data entry into IT systems, maintaining records of communications, updates, and project statuses.
? Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business, including marketing, operations, and senior management, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements and Prospects:
Experience:
? Experience in IT administration or a related role.
? Understanding of office administration and communication systems (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
Technical Skills:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data management tools.
? Basic knowledge of IT systems and the ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues.
Organisational Skills:
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
Social Media Knowledge:
? Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices for business engagement.

Training Provided:
