Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll do
The Mobile Delivery function comprises several teams across Fixed, Mobile, IOT and One Net, all working towards the same goal: a seamless, digital on-boarding experience for new and renewing Business customers into Vodafone Business Service Operation teams and onto the Corporate Gemini billing platform.
The Coordinator role primarily entails the successful delivery of Business customers through the mobile on-boarding process. The team manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from contract signature to first correct bill.
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will rely on your key relationships with the Sales organisation and other essential operational teams, such as Porting, Billing, Bonus Credits, Bulk Administration and others, to onboard a portfolio of Business customers flawlessly onto Vodafone network within target time frames.
You will have the opportunity to expand core project management and operational competencies through working on a wider variety of projects.
