The Cott Inn & The Green Table are situated in Dartington, just outside the mediaeval town of Totnes in the South Hams, the most beautiful part of the West Country. We are a very busy destination country inn and have recently acquired a new site within the beautiful Dartington Estate. We have an enviable reputation for great food using quality local produce, together with excellent standards of service. We produce all our food in house, so knowledge of ingredients is paramount.
We are looking for a strong sous chef to join our team. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in a similar role and possess a real passion and flair for food. We do on average 180 covers per day out of season; this doubles during the season, so the ability to control a busy kitchen consistently is vital. Work alongside and learn from the best culinary and front-of house talent in the industry, in a diverse, high energy and professional restaurant environment.

- Consistency in creating company standard dishes
