What you’ll do The Mobile Delivery comprises several teams across Fixed, Mobile, IOT (Internet of Things) and One Net, all working towards the same goal: a seamless, digital on-boarding experience for new and renewing Business customers into Vodafone Business Service Operation teams and onto the Corporate Gemini billing platform.
Reporting into the Bulk Admin Team Leader, you will work as part of the Mobile Delivery area, provisioning, de-provisioning and making general amendments to Vodafone’s large enterprise customer base.
On a daily basis you will proactively and reactively engage with Business Stakeholders, such as Mobile Delivery, Account Managers, our Offshore Bulk Admin team, porting and key external functions, such as UTL to review and process data from VCOL and via PEGA to ensure that all accounts are updated and maintained accurately to a high standard.
You will undertake business critical tasks that include updating customer account information, connection of new accounts and the addition/removal of products and services.
