We are a busy garage in Willand, Devon offering all aspects of vehicle maintenance services. We are a small and friendly team, and are looking for someone to run our reception and provide the initial greeting to our customers. You should be confident, approachable and welcoming, able to work as part of a team and be able to use your own initiative when times are busy. You will be good at working under pressure and be able to multi task efficiently. You will be dealing with payments so being trustworthy is a must.
Immediate start
Duties to include:
Greeting and assisting customers
Answering the phone and taking bookings
Managing the diary
Phoning customers and suppliers
Organising estimates for customers
Monitoring the emails on a daily basis
Raising invoices using our accounts system, Xero
Maintaining stock levels
Entering bills on Xero
Assistance with Health & Safety and Office Procedures
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
Any other front of house duties as necessary
Required skills:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Preferred skills:
Xero and Autodata, although training will be given
This is a job share so we are looking for 2 days a week (Days to be decided) - 8.30am – 5.30pm (negotiable). Ideally you'd be fairly flexible for holiday cover.
Salary – Starting £12 per hour
