The role is very hands-on and extremely varied, so your quick thinking and experience will be of paramount importance. The Harbour Inn is apart of East Street Pub Company is a family run business, so you'll enjoy being part of a close-knit team who share a vested interest within the business and a very particular vision for the Pub.
The ideal candidate will have previous pub/restaurant/bar supervisory experience. The role will be to work alongside the pub manager and team while also be reliable and responsible to work independently when required.

We have close working relationships with suppliers who are typically local and all longstanding, supplying a variety of seasonal produce for the menu.

The Skills:
- Previous pub or restaurant experience would be essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a similar operation would also be beneficial.
- Organisational skills are essential.
- You’ll have great communication skills.
- The role would suit a people person and you’ll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent attention to detail is desired alongside good presentation skills.
- We're after a punctual, reliable and trustworthy person
