We have a unique opportunity for a Team Supervisor to join our Customer Experience Team. Within the role you will carry out a range of duties supporting the manager in the department, motivating the teams performance. Our Customer Experience team are the link between our clients and the offices of Bradleys.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who also has a passion for customer service, someone who is well organized, has a good attention to detail and a strong team player to develop and mentor staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of supervising experience in a customer service setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Experience in utilizing IT systems for customer service operations
- Multilingual abilities and analysis skills considered a plus

Monday- Friday week one 8:45am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday 9:15am-6pm week two, working every other Saturday 9am-4pm with half a day in lieu the following week.
