*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling culinary environment. The role of Kitchen Porter is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. *Duties* - Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment - Keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitised - Assisting with basic food preparation tasks - Ensuring kitchen waste is disposed of properly - Supporting chefs and kitchen staff as needed *Requirements* - Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous - Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices - Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting - Strong teamwork skills and willingness to help others - Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
