Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, catering, or a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A helpful attitude and willingness to assist customers
