*Job Summary* As a Head Chef at our restaurant, you will oversee the kitchen operations and lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. *Duties* - Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support - Plan and create menus that reflect seasonal availability and meet quality standards - Ensure food preparation meets food safety regulations and quality standards - Oversee inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies - Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment - Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and specials *Skills* - Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management - Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and management effectively - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
