Do you have experience in the management and care of patients with liver disease and are you passionate about improving Hepatology care for patients? Due to increasing demands within the Hepatology service we are looking for a motivated, dynamic person, with a genuine interest in liver disease to join the Hepatology team. The successful candidate will be part of the Royal Devon University NHS Foundation Hepatology Team and will be based in Exeter. This is an expanding and progressive service that delivers safe and effective specialised nursing care to patients with a wide range of liver disease within the hospital setting and community therefore willingness to travel is essential. You must be self-motivating, enthusiastic, organised, computer literate and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to continued personal development. As a member of the multi-disciplinary Hepatology Team, the post holder will provide nursing expertise related to liver disease to colleagues across the Trust and community. We encourage a learning environment in the team and offer support with on-going training to develop within the role. Ideally you will have a background of hepatology nursing, however the Trust is prepared to develop and train a suitable high quality individual. Pay - The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later.
