About the SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR role:
The Administrator role will be the central administrative contact point for service users, volunteers and stakeholders at a local service within the Lancing area.
The post holder will deliver a comprehensive range of administrative support activities in an efficient and effective manner in line with the SLA and other funding agreements. To support the Service Manager and Coordinators to ensure accurate data recording, compliance with all Royal Voluntary Service standards. In addition supporting the Service Manager with volunteer recruitment in day-to-day management and communication with all volunteers.
Hours: 20 hours, Monday to Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm

What you'll bring as our SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and Case Management systems
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Excellent communicate skills verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organise, prioritise multitask.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of updating various database systems
- Experience of managing incoming and outgoing calls and responding to email queries in a polite and efficient manner
- Previous experience in community-based service environment is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake training and continuing professional development.
