The role of Office Manager is pinnacle in the smooth running of our business and we are looking for an action taker who thrives and enjoys multi-tasking, is extremely organised and enjoys customer interaction and contact.
The role involves:
Ensure all our technical systems are fully functional and fit for purpose – systems such as our websites, MailChimp, Zendesk and Siteminder.
Ensure all systems and processes and customer interaction from enquiry stage through to bookings and feedback.
Manage all customer contact, building a strong relationship to promote ongoing sales. To include all initial enquiries, queries, interactions, complaints, feedback and follow up, by telephone, by email and by face to face.
Maintain the retention of existing customers in a systematic and methodical way, ensuring all existing customers have regular contact, follow up and advice. Actively seek to come up with new ideas to enhance our training experience for our customers.
Manage the promotion of Devon Dogs for all aspects of marketing purposes, including social media.
Actively seek to come up with new ideas to attract and acquire new customers.
Liaise with the team and Bookkeeper to ensure monthly payroll is completed by the adhered to deadlines.
Hours: 30 – 40 per week
Pay: £15.00 per hour
This role has the flexibility of being a hybrid role to work flexibly across being office based and working from home.
