We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist the management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.
*Responsibilities*
- Support the Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
- Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist in bartending duties during peak times
- Uphold hospitality standards and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for guests
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of culinary practices, including cooking techniques and food production
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Bartending experience is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Pay: £12.00-£16.50 per hour
