Here at Westexe Forklifts, we are looking for a Service Controller to join our expanding Service Department. The ideal candidate will be well organised and a methodical individual who has excellent customer service skills.
As a Service Controller, you will be required to work closely with your team of engineers. Delivering industry leading customer service and ensuring an efficient and productive work force.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receive customer calls, log breakdowns and organise repair jobs.
- Prioritise service response based on severity.
- Organise engineers to attend breakdown in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers and confirm engineer response.
- Arrange engineer diaries with; Services, Quoted works, Completions, and outstanding jobs.
- Liaise between customers, engineers and the Parts team, bringing jobs to a close in a timely manner.
- Police engineer job sheets and parts requisitions .
Ideally, we are looking for someone computer literate, with effective organisational and prioritization skills.
Due to the fast paced nature of this role, you will often be working to strict timescales and deadlines; because of this, you will need to possess excellent self organisational skills and be proficient in all forms of communication.
In your prior experience, Westexe Forklifts will be looking for Commercial profit and loss understanding, warranty system management, service administration skills and general customer interaction.
Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri - 08.00 to 16.30
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
