Are you looking for a new opportunity which will enable you to develop and thrive within a friendly team environment? The Exeter Clinic are looking to welcome a Clinical Receptionist to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
As Clinical Receptionist you will be looking after new and existing clients, team members, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the clinic on a daily basis.
You will use your client service expertise to offer guidance to existing clients and to new enquiries through an in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and systems.
We wouldn't be anywhere without our clients and team, so it’s important this is reflected in every interaction whilst utilising all digital tools at your disposal.

The clinic is fast paced so our successful front of service member will be a confident communicator in person, on the phone and digitally. Organisation is key as well as a flexible approach to your working day.
Required minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English, Excellent verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
IT Competent
Minimum English and Math GCSE grade 7 / A or above
