Bones South West is one of the UK largest Animal Feed Wholesalers. We require an office assistant /administrator to help us in our busy friendly office.
This will initially be a part time role five mornings per week 8:30am to 1:30 but flexibility is vital as we would need you to cover extra hours as the business demands such as holidays, sickness and busy periods.
The role would require, but not limited to -
- Answer the telephone to take calls from our customers and suppliers.
- Assisting customers with there enquiries.
- Processing of customer orders
- Administration of customer accounts, processing invoices, credits and returns
- Assist in the management of customer promotions
- Assist the Office Manager with all aspects of procurement.
- Administration of the day to day management of our fleet of vehicles.
- Liaising with warehouse and distribution staff co ordinating orders and deliveries.
The person we require would need to be
- Flexible in their attitude to work and be willing to "muck in" where necessary
- Take pride in their attention to detail.
- Excellent standard of customer care and enjoy providing the best service possible to our customers
- Be confident in your ability to communicate well with all steak holders and colleagues.
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.
- Some experience of Excel, Word and Sage would be an advantage but full training will be given
- An interest in Horses and or Small holder animals would also add fulfilment to the role
