Financial Services Administrator (Business Growth)

We are Succession Wealth, from “start-up” in 2009, we are now one of the leading independent financial planning and wealth management business’ in the UK and part of the Aviva Group. We have over 800 employees and 200 Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.
Due to the continued success and development, we now have a fantastic opportunity to expand our Business Growth Team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working administrator who is excited about either starting or developing a new career in the Wealth Management sector.
The role…
The Business Growth Team is a new, fast-growing and successful department within which you will have the opportunity to learn, shape and progress.
You will be working closely with the existing team to provide support in the allocation of leads arriving from various sources, use our triage system for incoming new business leads, and build accurate Management Information.
This role will include the potential for suitably qualified and capable individuals to be involved in other exciting projects within Succession Wealth over time.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be:
- Prioritising, sorting, and ordering leads so that they can be correctly distributed across our network of Wealth Planners and propositions.
- Assisting in tracking leads, following up with team members on lead progression and feeding back outcomes to the Business Growth Analyst.
- Involved in the creation and delivery of PowerPoint Presentations with the purpose of communicating statistics and data to stakeholders throughout Succession Wealth.
- Supporting the Business Growth Analyst in their daily workload.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Some knowledge of the Wealth Management Industry (preferred, but not essential).
- An eagerness to learn, develop and grow into a fast-producing team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability and confidence to communicate with customers by phone, actively listening and eliciting conversation to understand the client’s needs.
- Strong organisational skills; gathering customer information and relaying to team members.
- The ability to proactively take ownership and initiative of your work and manage your time.
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A high degree of professionalism.
